About
About Me
I am a qualified Organisational and CPCC Coach and teacher with many years of experience both in schools and teacher training. I deeply believe in supporting you to flourish, achieve your goals and improve your practice to deliver high impact in your workplace and life through coaching and reflective practice.
My journey into my coaching career began out of listening to my intuition that whispered it was time for a change, to stretch my wings and take a leap of faith to give back to the profession and support others to find where their passion, purpose and individuality intersect.
Born in South Africa, nurtured with the ocean as my playground, nature, sport, community, and family shaped me and prepared me well for our move to Australia in the late 80’s.
I have a wonderful and growing family of three adult children, their partners and children and two fur babies, all which bring great joy. I love doing life with my husband and family and when we are not working you will find us on an adventure somewhere that involves lots of activity like hiking, cycling, swimming, reading and photography.
I also experience such joy when supporting others to find their true selves, where they make their own unique contribution to their world and live fulfilled.
What to Expect
Through partnering with you in a thought-provoking and creative process, I use a range of effective coaching methods to inspire you to maximise your personal and professional potential. The process of coaching, over a series of sessions and optional practical group workshops, often unlocks previously untapped sources of capacity, courage, productivity and self-leadership to navigate change and facilitate your growth.
I believe coaching enables, encourages and equips us to navigate change positively and achieve our goals, whilst deepening wellbeing, and includes:
Self acceptance
Continued growth and deepening knowledge of self
Meaningful, purposeful work and contributions which make a significant impact
Quality relationships with others
Capacity to manage your own life and make life-giving decisions in line with your values
A sense of autonomy and trust
FAQ’s
What kind of coaching do you do?
I am trained in Organisational coaching through IECL and ORSC and in the Co-Active Model with CTI, widely regarded as the gold standard for coaching globally for transformative coaching. Based on neuroscience my coaching is a balance of being and doing to help you better understand your own journey and to help you design your life purpose, linked to your unique values and live more fulfilled. I ask a lot of questions, use some metaphors, encourage you and help you discern what is really important to you.
Additionally, as a teacher educator and leader with many years of experience I coach teachers and leaders in schools to clarify their goals, reach their potential and improve professional practice. Supporting teachers to stay in the profession as their first love is a particular passion of mine – we need you!

A bit more about Co-Active coaching
FULFILLMENT
Fulfilment is about being wholly alive. It is the state of fully expressing who we are and doing what is right for us, in every situation. Fulfilment is a natural state of being – our birth-right – and living a life of fulfilment is a radical act.
BALANCE
When applied to a specific topic (a situation, relationship, limiting belief, etc.), the Balance formula uses a simple, elegant series of steps to move you from being stuck to getting into conscious, resonant action.
PROCESS
The goal of Process coaching is to give you the opportunity to experience and take ownership of your whole life — all of it. The peaks and valleys. The ups and downs.
